Day 2 & 3

Well Tuesday I woke up and my stomach was hurting so bad that I couldn't even do the workout for the day. I kept feeling like I needed to throw up or something. Kind of weird. About 10:30 it wore off while I was distracted at work. That day I had the granny smith apple and sunflower butter for a snack, a spinach salad, and eggplant bruschetta. First time cooking eggplant... I was definitely worried about this purple plant thing but it was really good.

My cravings have mostly been for bread and cereal. I love my toast and cereal in the morning so the bacon and eggs every morning has been an adjustment.

Wednesday my stomach did not hurt as badly and I finally was able to go number two..TMI I know sorry. That day I had another salad for lunch, celery and sunflower butter for a snack, and left overs for dinner (chicken with bruschetta).

Of course they brought doughnuts to church last night and I thought I was going to die. But I haven't caved in yet with the sugar. My sugar cravings have not been as bad as I thought they would be.

Overall, still feeling like my body is adjusting.

Spinach 
Strawberries 
Blueberries 
Orange almonds (Walmart) 
A little goat cheese (don't like this too much) 
I drizzled some lemon juice and a little bit of honey 
By lunch time it mixes up great!
