weigh in week 2

Well I was pretty nervous going in to this week given I lost 3 lbs last week I didn't think much would happen. Well here it is...


I lost 2 more pounds! That is a total of 5 lbs in two weeks! I'm very proud. I'm excited to do my measurements at the end f this 30 days. My energy is up and my digestion is feeling great. Cheers to the next week!

Week 2

Woo! It has been going pretty good. I have stayed strong another week! I have had several people tell me that I look thinner or that I've lost weight. We'll see at weigh ins. Weekends are always really hard to stick with the program because we like to go out to eat but I think I've done well so far. The Cobb Salad from Cheesecake Factory is the bomb by the way. I have never bought so many eggs in my life though! We went through 18 in one week. Pretty crazy. One thing I've noticed is that my time at the grocery store and the ingredients I get has reduced. The price has gone up and I am having to go weekly in order to keep fresh vegetables. Kind of an adjustment to the two week grocery shopping, mostly because I hate grocery shopping. Overall this week has been better and I have been a lot stronger in working out. I'm excited to see how I feel after 4 weeks. Oh and by the way it is candy season... Halloween... if you didn't already know! I'm reminded several times a day and miss biting into to the good Halloween candy!!!!

Day 8 - Weigh In

Well I weighed in yesterday at 125.... I lost 3 lbs. Did not think I would loose the first week but seems I did. We will see if I loose anything this next week though. I would like to get to 120. Next week I'll do a full weigh in and measure.

Here we go again.

Day 4 & 5

Well I was very tired on these two days. My energy was pretty minimal but somehow the blogger I'm following predicted this. I wasn't able to do a workout on day four but got it in on day five. Lunch I had a spinach salad and then chicken salad with romaine lettuce. I like both of these meals.




I've noticed that I'm not so much craving sweets but just a good piece of toast. I love toast. I love bread. I didn't have any issues with sugar this week until a huge temptation came......


And no one was eating them. More so the little munchkins were tempting me. All 9 hours of the work day they were calling for me. I relied on my husband's "you can do it" texts. And I pulled through. Hallelujah. 

Snacks that I've gotten used to - 1/2 apple with sunflower butter, celery with sunflower butter, a Larabar once, and veggies. 

Not sure I've seen too much difference in my body changing and losing weight but we'll see on weigh in day. I've been in a pretty bad mood but I think I'm also PMSing. :) Great week for Brett hahah! But I got through the week! Now I'm worried about the weekend hopefully I'll get through!
