Day 4 & 5

Well I was very tired on these two days. My energy was pretty minimal but somehow the blogger I'm following predicted this. I wasn't able to do a workout on day four but got it in on day five. Lunch I had a spinach salad and then chicken salad with romaine lettuce. I like both of these meals.




I've noticed that I'm not so much craving sweets but just a good piece of toast. I love toast. I love bread. I didn't have any issues with sugar this week until a huge temptation came......


And no one was eating them. More so the little munchkins were tempting me. All 9 hours of the work day they were calling for me. I relied on my husband's "you can do it" texts. And I pulled through. Hallelujah. 

Snacks that I've gotten used to - 1/2 apple with sunflower butter, celery with sunflower butter, a Larabar once, and veggies. 

Not sure I've seen too much difference in my body changing and losing weight but we'll see on weigh in day. I've been in a pretty bad mood but I think I'm also PMSing. :) Great week for Brett hahah! But I got through the week! Now I'm worried about the weekend hopefully I'll get through!
