Alright so I am doing a 30 day challenge starting on 9/16. I am wanting to prep myself to be healthy before the holidays. I have researched a bit, set several goals, but still have no clue if it will do anything for me. I want to track my process and to keep me motivated.

I am going to try to write maybe a few times a week but definitely weekly. I'm tracking my goals, meals, and struggles through this process.

I took my measurements today because I won't have time on Monday:
Weight: 128.4
Belly: 28"
Hips: 33"
Booty: 39"
  





Part of the issue of eating healthy now-a-days is that I don't have much time to make a nice lunch or dinner. I want food and I want whatever is available. Today (Saturday) I am cleaning out my pantry of the easy go to stuff and preparing some chicken and other things that I can just grab and go throughout the week.

Also I wanted to plan out my meals for dinner so I know what I'm doing the day of.
Here is this week:
Monday - Grilled chicken with spinach and onions
Friday - Sweet Tomatoes


Here goes nothing! Actually, how about here goes something!
